The pink carpet at the premiere of the Sex and the City movie was a big to do. But compared the the London premiere, we were a little underwhelmed. Couldn't the girls have all matched or something? Sarah Jessica Parker and Kristin Davis looked like they coordinated, but we would have liked to have seen similar taffeta dresses on Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrall (who, as always, looked insanely amazing for her age and we mean that in the best way possible). Jennifer Hudson, by the way, has never looked better.

Kristin Davis wore a dress from Michael Kors Fall 2008 collection to a taping of the Late Show with David Letterman to promote the Sex and the City movie. Natalie Portman attended a premiere at the film festival in Cannes and she looked flawless.
We wrote earlier this week about the Extreme Dior Gladiator Platforms that Sarah Jessica Parker wears in as Carrie Bradshaw in the Sex and the City movie. No doubt, Patricia Field knew the shoes would be hot (celebrities are wearing them now), but what we didn't notice until now is that the shoes are almost a cast member in the movie.Carrie wears them at least 5 times (three pictured above) in black, brown and what looks like an off-white metallic snakeskin.
(No star has looked this stunning pregnant since Jessica Alba's purple Marchesa gown at the Oscars!)
Angelina Jolie wore a chic Thomas Wylde day dress to a Cannes press event for her animated movie, Kung Fu Panda, and a gorgeous green goddess dress that evening at the film's premiere (next to Lucy Liu).
We thought the film was only premiering in London before its big premiere in New York City...
And yet, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrall all got dolled up and walked along a pink-colored carpet in Berlin, Germany at what appeared to be another premiere event for the Sex and the City movie.
Puzzling.
Even more puzzling is that we're drawn to Sarah Jessica and Cynthia's looks more than Kristin and Kim's (just like at the London premiere). Actually, scratch that, we really only care for Sarah Jessica's Versace dress here.

The 2009 Christian Dior Cruise Collection preview was the hot place to be in New York City last week. Many fashion heavy hitters showed up including Jennifer Lopez, Charlize Theron, Christina Aguilera and Anna Wintour and Rachel Zoe (reportedly feuding).
