It's a common belief that the outcome of the SAG awards are often a good gauge of where the awards will fall at the Oscars. By that logic, if the red carpet fashion is also a prediction of what's to come at next month's Academy Awards, we are in for a treat because almost everyone last night nailed it.
Red Carpet Wow!

Striking solid colors ruled Sunday night's carpet. We loved the simplicity and grace of
Angelina Jolie (Max Azria). The color was magical with her complexion and hair color. And of course her choice of accessory
(Brad Pitt), was pretty genius.
Amy Adams (Giambatista Valli) was completely stunning as well and
Laura Linney (Michael Kors) looked so pretty in an vibrant poppy one-shouldered gown and perfect clutch.
Lovely Ladies

At first glance,
Freida Pinto's periwinkle gown
(Marchesa), seemed a little too dowdy for the young emerging actress
we are such a fan of, but Freida wore it well and by the end of the night we liked it and we really can't wait to see what she wears to the Oscars.
Anne Hathaway did everything right
(Azzaro), as usual and
Jenna Fisher (Pamela Roland) finally got it right after winding up
on our worst dressed list so many times.
Teri Hatcher (Monique Lhuillier) was our early pick for best dressed as she made a fashionable early entrance and
America Fererra's look
(Vera Wang), was familiar, but beatuiful nonetheless.
Statement Makers....But Too Bright?

Kate Winslet (Narciso Rodriguez), Eva Longoria Parker (Jenny Packham), Christina Applegate (Emmanuel Ungaro) and Viola Davis (David Meister) wore electric hues.
