Ever since our editor Anna suggested Halloween make-up up ideas for Lady Gaga, we thought about how fun it would be to dress up as the over-the-top star. This costume will be fairly simple considering most of us have a great foundation : knee high boots and fishnets/stockings.

The next pieces to complete the now signature Gaga look will be a black leotard and a spool of gold or metallic ribbon to wrap around you. Top off the look with a blonde wig, flat top sunglasses, and black matte nails.Get ready to turn heads everywhere with your poker face!

Actress Katie Cassidy isn't new to TV, but she is new to our fashion radar. The 22-year-old star of the new Melrose Place shines on and off the show with a sleek sultry style. Similiar to her character, Ella, Cassidy favors micro minis and draped pieces that hug her in all the right places. With her windswept tresses and her killer heels, she proves that it is possible to look amazing from head to toe.

The stars shined on the red carpet at the premiere of Michael Jackson's This Is It in curve hugging and glittery gowns. Jennifer Lopez kept it short and sweet in a little black dress and knee high boots, while Katy Perry pulled out all the stops in a long gown with sequins and embellishments. We must say that in a sea of black dresses one of our favorite looks was Paula Abdul's sapphire sweetheart gown worn with pink heels.

Rihanna shows off a multistrand group of knotty neckalces at the Spring 2010 Chanel show in Paris. We know the baubles she has on probably cost a pretty penny, but we've found a way to re-create the look with this fabulous find at Forever 21. Try one for a daytime look and then throw another one on and you're ready for night.

Whitney Port has a way of looking great without doing much when it comes to her hair and makeup. On and off camera she consisentently accentuates her natural feautres without looking overdone.

Left, at Jet nightclub in Vegas where she was hosting an event, she reminds us of '60s French film star and sex kitten Brigitte Bardot with her perfectly parted and teased hair. She further complements the look with long thick lashes and strong eyeliner. We love this look because its subtle but sexy.
