Apparently the bouffant is back! Both Brooklyn Decker and Avril Lavigne have sported the 50s hairstyle at recent events.Both starlets added sky-high roots to a half-up, half-down 'do. Brooklyn's shoulder-grazing locks with bouffant top were her accessory at the 19th Annual Espy Awards, while Avril's longer tresses looked cool with a rocker tee at her recent interview for Extra.
