Cameron Diaz shone on the red carpet at this week's premiere for her upcoming movie The Holiday. We're loving her new refined nose and rich colored locks, but the metallic minidress from Zac Posen has us scratching our head. Of course, Cameron looks lovely in just about everything (we'd kill for those legs), but this outfit seems like it belongs under a Christmas tree wrapped with ribbon.
