Kudos to Lisa Rinna. She's a successful actress, talk show host and a savvy business owner. Her Southern California boutique, Belle Gray is insanely popular among the stars, many of whom came out to help celebrate the store's grand re-opening in Sherman Oaks last week. Why it's being re-opened? We don't know for sure. It's no secret that the stars love Christian Louboutin. But Mandy Moore and Gwen Stefani recently stepped out wearing the exact same pair of Louboutin T-straps.
