We love pieces with scallop details. Designers, please make more! Chloe Sevigny recently wore...well, Chloe, and the entire look was scalloped (look closely at the blazer lapel). Here's what she told InStyle about her ensemble. "This is classic summer cruisewear. I try to just experiment and have fun and not take fashion too seriously."

Well put, Chloe. And look! Anthropologie just came out with a scalloped skirt! And P.S.., we already bought it.

Is Michelle Obama's style predictable? Sort of. For one, we know that she has never been one to shy away from wearing bright colors and prints...something she also did a lot of during her recent trip abroad (above).

But Michelle continues to keep us guessing with how she wears those colors and prints...high-wasited skirts, dresses that create an hourglass silhouette, shrugs, full skirts, wrap dresses and more. One thing is for sure, she keeps us guessing. Which is more than we can say for most First Ladies in recent decades.
