In London last week for the Glamour Women of the Year Awards (where Ms. Kardashian picked up the Entrepreneur of the Year award), she wore a simply stunning pair of earrings by jewelry designer to the stars Lorraine Schwartz.Kardashian let the earrings speak for themselves by pairing them with a strapless black dress. While we're totally loving the angular design set off by clusters of rubies, we're betting they were fairly heavy by the end of the night!
