We can't help but think of 13 Going On 30 every time we look at Christa B. Allen. But she is definitely coming into her own in Hollywood and the red carpet! We're not completely sold on her matchy matchy red lips and skirt at a Revenge event for PaleyFest, though.We love the lip and the skirt separately, but we just can't really get behind lips that match outfits exactly--it feels a little too 1980s. We would have liked to see Christa with a nude lip so the skirt really stood out.
