We never thought we'd see Scarlett Johansson on anyone's worst dress list, but today it actually happened. Scarjo got a couple of worst dressed nods for her lacy Dolce and Gabanna gown. We didn't think this was her best look, but certainly far from the worst Oscars look we've seen.
