Hmmmm...it doesn't seem to be a wrap dress. And there are no chunky boots or denim jackets anywhere to be seen.Yes, we do believe that that is Rachael Ray dolled up in a black strapless gown for the Daytime Emmys (she won for Outstanding Talk Show).
It's a little strange to see her so dressed up, right?
