Remember the days of J. Lo showing up to the VMAs in a dress with a plunging neckline that made headlines for revealing way too much? And yet, Rachel McAdams shows up to the premiere of The Time Traveler's Wife and the word 'classy' comes to mind. But why? Is it because Rachel has a squeaky clean image? Or do you think her dress does show off too much?
Either way, we can't say we are a huge fan of the look. Sure, she looks nice...sophisticated really. But almost too sophisticated. What's up with the soccer mom hairstyle?
And we're not feeling the shoes.
I think she looks classier than JLo in a plunging neckline because she has fewer curves and a smaller bust. JLo typically looks like she's going to pop out of plunging necklines.
The shoes are okay-- but the coif is a little too old for her!
I agree with M that it looks classier because she has less curves and also the skirt is fairly conservative (close to knee length). The Jlo dress was cut so high at the bottom that she was constantly seconds away from a wardrobe misfunction. It was also sheer.
