Abigail Breslin was adorably age-appropriate at the premiere of National Treasure: Book of Secrets. There is NO way we were that stylish at her age. And we didn't learn how to get our hair to look that perfect until at least... I'm still not sure it looks that perfect.

Red with magenta? She's a fashion genius!

Former fashion model and star of the new film, National Treasure: Book of Secrets, Diane Kruger showed up to the film's NYC premiere looking amazing. Her dress is so commanding and romantic and we love the tassels. We have to wonder if she's a bit overdressed for the occasion. Maybe we're just used to seeing too many casual outfits at movie premieres. She wears it well anyhow!

Did the invitations say "Must Wear Black" to the Conde Nast 2007 Movies Rock event in New York City? Because almost everyone did!

Alicia Silverstone gets high praise for NOT pairing her black dress with black shoes like everyone else. We love her nude peep-toe heels and while some might say she was a little under dressed, we think her voluminous movie-star hair makes up for it. Another standout in black was Jennifer Morrison (how chic does she look?). Her dress, accessories and hair all worked together and was by far the best look of the night.

Those who didn't wear black opted for holiday ornament hues to varying degrees of success. The best example of this was Carrie Underwood in bright red. Beyonce's bright green dress wins the title of most unflattering dress of the night. And everybody else wore black...blah, blah, blah......oh wait, Jennifer Hudson looked pretty great!

Brittany Snow looked sleek, sexy and really comfortable at the 15th Annual Diversity Awards in California. Her navy satin dress fit her perfectly. Is it a sack dress? Is it kimono-inspired? Who cares, we love it!

Natalie Portman looked positively adorable at the New York premiere of Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium.

This is the third time Miss Portman has worn a berry-hue to a red-carpet event. We blogged about it here and here. Could pink be her favorite color?

Starlets from The Hills on MTV, Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad attended the 2007 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Hollywood. Lauren and Audrina both wore solid black dresses, black pointy heels and minimal jewelry.

So who looked best? Audrina in her off-the-shoulder mini or Lauren in her flowy mid-length dress? Your call.
