Modern Family's Ariel Winter looked so adorable and yet so grown up at The Songbirds' "Miss Me" album release party last week. We're loving her black dress by Kate Spade--the jeweled Peter Pan collar is at once girly and sophisticated. A soft pink lip, fresh rosy cheeks and bold red nails all provided the perfect bright accents to the black dress and matching black pumps.
