Trendspotting: celebs play peek-a-boo

After seeing Rihanna and entrepreneur and daughter of rap royalty Angela Simmons above in their see-through gear, we can't believe we ever made a fuss over Katie Holmes' subtle sheer look.

Although we shouldn't be shocked at Rihanna's public display of her lady parts in her see-through bra top, we are! We are used to her showing off one thing or another, with a glimpse of skin here or there, but this top leaves nothing to the imagination. Angela's look is also revealing but a little more understandable given it's at night and on the red carpet in Las Vegas. But we still have to ask ourselves: how much is too much?

We think that sheer looks are great but should not go overboard (and should certainly be contained to one piece of clothing that does NOT literally show your anatomy). What do you think of the looks above: stylish, fashion-forward or too much?
