Incredibly, this sweater, bloomers and tights look Sienna Miller is wearing is inspired by the Chanel and Prada Spring runways. Maybe we're just not "getting" it, but to us it looks like she forgot to finish getting dressed. Note to Sienna and other slaves to fashion: skip this trend. Please.

For the 47th year, Mr. Blackwell has come out with his list of Hollywood's biggest fashion offenders for 2006. At the top of the list are ex-BFFs Paris Hilton and Britney Spears whom Blackwell describes as "Two peas in an over-exposed pod! Style-free and fashion deprived. . .ladies and gentlemen, the 'SCREAMGIRLS' have arrived!" Fellow underwear hater Lindsay Lohan also made the cut ("from adorable to deplorable") as did Christina Aguilera ("all crass, no class") and Mariah Carey ("the Queen of Catastrophic Kitsch"). Rounding out the Top Ten Worst are Paula Adbul, Camilla Parker-Bowles, Sharon Stone, Tori Spelling, Sandra Oh and Meryl Streep.
Mr. Blackwell gives praise to "Fabulous Fashion Independents for 2006" including Kate Winslet, Angelina Jolie, Beyonce and Katie Holmes. Other stylish stars on his list include Helen Mirren, Barbra Streisand, Nancy Pelosi, Princess Charlotte of Monaco, Heidi Klum and Marcia Cross.
We think he may have been a bit harsh on Christina, whose retro-inspired style choices are a tremendous improvement over her former "Dirrty" days. Otherwise, we couldn't agree more.

We had high hopes for Britney Spears when she first emerged from her KFed slump, making appearances on Letterman and out on the town looking like she actually consulted a stylist. Then came her "friendship" with Paris, those infamous panty-free shots, a New Year's Eve drunken fiasco...and it seems it was the makeover-of-the-century that wasn't. Sigh. We had such high hopes.
Her latest look, seen here, is the fashion equivalent of a cry for help. Please, anyone, help. Stylists, publicists, family, friends: it's not too late for the ultimate makeover. Brit, give us a call.
Lindsay Lohan recently stepped out in these two leg-baring looks. The look on the left just doesn't work for us - she's rocking too many trends at once. A cropped jacket, blousy sequined shirt, knee high boots and tiny denim shorts just doesn't pair together well. The look on the right, however, is elegant perfection. We love the bit of lace peeking out from under her short skirt, the cropped military jacket - and the platform maryjanes are divine.

Earlier this week, Kirsten Dunst managed to transform from a don't to a do in just a few short hours. During the day, she stepped out in this season's celebrity uniform: skinny jeans, a tee and ballet flats. But it was her quirky touch of suspenders that killed an otherwise casual chic look for us. We commend her individuality, but this is one return-from-the-'80s look we hope doesn't catch on.
Later that day, she looked gorgeous at a special screening of her new film Marie Antoinette in a Christian Lacroix chiffon gown.

Leave it to Fergie to take one of this season's more sophisticated trends (argyle knits) a bit too far.
