We really don't understand why Selena Gomez wanted to look like she worked in a bordello, but that's exactly the look she accomplished at the VMAs recently. Her black Julien MacDonald gown just doesn't seem very sophisticated, not to mention the high-low hem is just a trend we can't get behind. Between the deep cutout neckline and the up-to-there front slit, Selena just doesn't look all that classy. We have to say, we hoped for more from her.
