Jennifer has been attending a lot of award shows this month in support of her husband, Ben Affleck. While she certainly stunned in a golden embellished Oscar de la Renta at the SAG Awards on Sunday, her Chantilly Riviera lace cocktail creation by the designer failed to impress at the 2013 Producers Guild Awards. The little black dress with standout ruffled hem was pretty enough, but this just might be a case of a great dress on the wrong person. There’s just something about it that doesn’t quite suit Jennifer’s style. Cartier jewelry and a Roger Vivier black satin embellished clutch added an interesting dimension to the overall look, even if those black Brian Atwood Hamper platform pumps were a bit boring.

Ashley celebrated the grand opening of Andrea’s restaurant out in Las Vegas last week alongside several other celebs. She wore a Bardot leatherette sleeveless peplum top and the brand’s Gaga shorts. Naturally, the vegan actress opted for faux leather as opposed to the real thing, but it’s not the synthetic composition that’s the issue. Ashley’s pairing of the peplum-accented top with those slim shorts resulted in a slightly awkward silhouette. Her rather underwhelming accessories, including a black clutch and pumps, didn’t really elevate the ensemble.

We’re clearly not fans of the Twilight star’s two-piece outfit. So, what’s your opinion on Ashley’s Bardot look?

We don’t think Kirsten Dunst misses on the red carpet very often, but this outfit might be one of those times. At the Art of Elysium gala last week, she showed up in a Louis Vuitton gown that definitely has fashion critics divided.

Some people love this dress, others hate it. Us … well, we’re on the fence. It’s a great silhouette on her—we love the body-skimming cut and the sexy back cutouts. But the print is just so loud, and to be honest, it looks like she’s wearing a background. Maybe it would have worked better if the dress were shorter, or if she had more exciting accessories. But a white clutch and brown heels just make it look dowdy, especially when the dress already hits the floor.

What do you think of this look? Is it a hit or a miss?

Every once in awhile, a dress comes along that stirs a lot of fashionable debate. That’s exactly what happened when Kerry attended the Rome photocall for her film, Django Unchained. Always one to take a bit of a fashion risk, the actress wore this complex Peter Pilotto Spring 2013 dress with contrasting patterns, ruffles and cut-out accents. Instead of playing it safe when it came to her footwear choice, she opted for blue printed pumps by Nicholas Kirkwood. Kerry also accessorized with a pair of Monique Pean earrings and a Solange Azagury-Partridge ring. The look has its fans as well as detractors and we’re quite divided on this one.

Apparently, some stars also wait until the last minute to shop for the holidays. Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z were spotted picking up a few Christmas gifts in New York City on Monday. The super-stylish singer opted for an eclectic mix of designer items to stay warm while out shopping. Her fun Ainsley patterned wool-blend and silk-twill dress by Milly was layered under a wool coat and combined with a pair of black tights. Beyoncé’s accessories were just as eye-catching, including Prada Baroque round sunglasses, a Diane von Furstenberg top handle satchel, and Marni Mary Jane suede pumps. There’s certainly a lot going on here, but we actually adore this collection of standout pieces and find the whimsical styling quite refreshing. We even love that sleek topknot.
