Ever since the Oscars where Anne Hathaway wooed us in several outfit changes, one which was a a snazzy Lanvin tux (above right), we haven’t been able to get the idea of rocking a lady tux off our minds.

After a little digging we realized that Anne has embraced menswear long before this year’s Oscars. Above left, she looks fab in a great suit while doing press for the movie Bride Wars. Anne makes this look her own with three key ingredients: a posh high ponytail, a chic contoured jacket that shows off her waist, and sparkly heels.

A month after Lindsay Lohan showed up (left) at her arraignment in a skin tight Kimberly Ovitz dress (with bare legs), diamond jewelry, and sky high patent platform heels, she was back at court for her continuance. This time, however, she wore a similiar look, but made subtle and important changes.

Simply by choosing a loose sand colored dress and pairing it with opaque tights and lower textured booties, she looks less sexy and more sensible and responsible. While we would definitely be wearing something different (say a stylish suit for instance), we think this look is a vast improvement from the other look.

Hailee Steinfeld is more stylish than woman twice her age, and extremely gracious. We’ve enjoyed watching her on the red carpets, and out and about in Hollywood. Above she looks fab at the Golden Globes, in Prada, The Oscars, in Marchesa, and at Paris Fashion Week, in Miu Miu. She always looks age appropriate and fabulous.

Gwyneth Paltrow, in Michael Kors, and Taylor Swift, in Zuhair Murad, looked fabulous at the Vanity Fair post Oscars party. We love that each woman picked age appropriate looks. Gwyneth worked a chic full length beaded gown that accentuated her waist and lean shoulders, while Taylor went young and fun in a sequined mini dress. Simply lovely!
