Elisabeth-Moss-Jessie-J-GQ-Men-Of-The-Year-Awards.jpgThe GQ Men of the Year Awards might be about men, but on the red carpet, it was the women who really sizzled! Mad Men’s Elisabeth Moss and singer Jessie J both showed up in long gowns with seriously high, sexy slits, vamping it up even further with bold lips.

Jessie J’s tuxedo style dress by Emilio Pucci not only had her flashing a whole lotta leg, but took her look in a much more sophisticated direction than of late. And we, for one, are loving it! The dress was sexy but not over the top, and the sleek bob and bold red lip accented it perfectly.

Elisabeth Moss’s one-shoulder Grecian gown was an arresting shade of tomato red, with a thigh-high slit that was attention-grabbing but still restrained. Her new blonde pixie cut could wash her fair features out, but with a bold red lip, all bets were off!

What do you think of the high slit and bold lip combo seen on Jessie J and Elisabeth Moss?
Jamie-Chung-Dania-Ramirez-Cutouts.jpgAt the premiere of the new movie Premium Rush last week, starlets Dania Ramirez and Jamie Chung had one thing in common (besides looking gorgeous, of course): cutout dresses! We love that their dresses played off each other but were still so different.

Jamie wore a cobalt dress with both midriff and shoulder cutouts by Cushnie et Ochs, teaming it with Zara cap toe pumps. Dania was fiery in a long red dress with center cutout and ruched detailing by Rolando Santana. We love the bold gold jewelry she paired it with, although we do wish the dress’s hemline was hiked up a bit to show her shoes and not trail on the carpet!

What do you think of the cutout look? Is this something you might try?
teen-choice-awards-2012-pretty-little-liars-ensemble.jpg

We usually call out actresses one by one for their stellar red carpet style at awards shows, but this year we wanted to put a spotlight on a whole cast for really working it as a group. The ladies (plus male co-star Ian Harding) from ABC’s Pretty Little Liars really shined on the red carpet at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards where they won the award for best TV drama. Troian Bellisario, in a Maria Lucia Hohan bodysuit and skirt, Ashley Benson, in a Monique Lhuillier top, Balenciaga pants, Lucy Hale, in Wes Gordon and Shay Mitchell, in Donna Karan look fabulous in fun, flirty dresses that show off their best assets. We love that Ashley bucked the trend of wearing a dress and went for a chic modern pants look, and also appreciate the ladies’ use of color in their ensembles. What a great looking group!

Jenna-Dewan-Tatum-Camila-Alves-Magic-Mike-Premiere.jpgWe know most people are more focused on the guys of Magic Mike—and with good reason—but, we have to admit, Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Camila Alves really upped the hotness quotient at the Europe premiere! The ladies behind the movie’s men really knew how to bring the va-va-voom to the red carpet.

We’re loving both ladies’ bright red lips, bombshell curls and sky-high nude pumps. And between Camila’s leopard-print dress and Jenna’s strapless red stunner, both looked pretty darn hot!

It was some time last summer when we began taking note of actress Emma Stone’s exceptional red carpet style. Appearance after appearance, her sartorial choices began to stand out amongst her stylish peers. Along with her gorgeous clothes, there was always a stunning beauty look to match, whether it be a bright fuchsia lip, a dramatic cat eye, or her ever-changing hair color ranging from sultry red to sunny blonde. Let’s take a look at some of her most memorable red carpet looks of the past year.

Last July, Emma’s color blocked Giambattista Valli top and skirt worn to the NY premiere of Friends With Benefits was the look that first put her on our fashion radar. Skillfully contrasting red and fuchsia with a fashion-forward peplum skirt made her a true standout. Shortly before that, she wore a sheer lace Bottega Veneta dress to the 2011 MTV Movie Awards. It was black lace again for the NY premiere of Crazy, Stupid, Love in a stunning dress from Tom Ford. For the UK premiere of The Help last October, Emma turned heads in a floor-length polka dot gown by Luca Luca.

Proving that she doesn’t need a gown to make an impression on the red carpet, Emma wore a chic take on the lady tux from Gucci to the 2012 People’s Choice Awards in January. The emerald green jacket perfectly offset her trademark red hair. At the Golden Globes later that month, she looked every bit the glamorous movie star in a custom-made plum hued gown from Lanvin. A custom-made Alexander McQueen dress was her pick for the 2012 SAG Awards.

In March, Emma looked fresh and young on the orange carpet at the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in an Antonio Berardi top and skirt. Last month, she was the lady in red at the Schiaparelli and Prada Costume Institute Gala. Her flirty Lanvin dress featured hand embroidered crystal flowers custom made by designer Alber Elbaz. This past weekend at the MTV Movie Awards, Emma’s stunning peplum top and skirt from Martin Grant landed her on many best dressed lists.

We look forward to watching Emma Stone’s flawless red carpet style as it continues to evolve!

We think its tremendous popularity is proof that the 2012 Corolla offers the ideal blend of comfort, value and safety. In it, you’ll find a surprising number of high-end features, like available Display Audio system. It offers remarkable performance and fuel efficiency, plus an impressive list of standard safety features. Factor in its legendary reliability, and it’s even more apparent that Corolla is the smart choice.
