FreidaPintoblackwhite.jpgFreida Pinto looks lovely here. We’re not crazy about the bag with the dress (actually, we’re really not crazy about the bag at all), but what we do really think is cute is her simple black and white look - black opaque tights with black flats and a white dress with just a hint of black on top. Add black accessories like a couple of chains and some shades and we think this is a great look that can transition from day to night.

Charlizewearable.jpgOkay, please don’t take this the wrong way, but, unless Charlize Theron herself is reading this blog, you cannot pull off this look. And you really, really cannot pull off those shoes.

Luckly, we have found totally wearable versions of Charlize’s beautiful cobalt draped dress and cream-colored heels.  This banana republic dress has the exact same feel and look to the one-shouldered dress Charlize was wearing.

Anneorange.jpgAnne Hathaway looks beyond fantastic here. We’re going to call this melon-like color, mango. Or maybe, since it’s fall, we should call it autumn leaf. Whatever you want to call it, we love it.  And pairing it with a berry red lipstick and simple black peeptoes? Perfection.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a strapless dress with origami details AND in a mango shade. But we did find a red strapless dress with origami details and a mango jersey dress. We say get ‘em both.

Sophia50s.jpgOne Tree Hill star, Sophia Bush, at a recent CW event, looked like she stepped out of a different decade…And we love it! These floral and ultra-feminine dresses have a 50s appeal that we really like.

As we mentioned earlier this week, we were pretty unimpressed with the fashion at this year’s VMAs. However, there were a couple of red carpet success stories and popular trends we noticed. Oddly enough, they were all worn by girls from The Hills…and Katy Perry.

Nothing groundbreaking here, but Kristin Cavallari, Katy, Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth all looked very nice and right on trend. We’ve found similar looks from Shop She Boutique, check it out.
