Piper Perabo is a really pretty girl, but we just aren’t sure what she was thinking here. At Salvatore Ferragamo’s Signorina perfume launch party last week, she showed up in a teal blouse, purple and teal animal print skirt, and purple satin pumps.

We’re just really not a fan of this look. The blouse is completely ill-fitting, with multiple gaps all the way down that just make it look like she didn’t know how to button it properly. The skirt’s print is way too loud and garish, with weird gathering and bunching at the waist. And, finally, the pumps don’t match—they’re a different shade of purple than the skirt!

We just wish the blouse fit better, the skirt had a smaller print without weird bunching, and the shoes actually matched. What do you think of Piper’s look?

Candice Accola of The Vampire Diaries is a very pretty girl. But at an event sponsored by PaleyFest 2012 last week for the show, it was kind of hard to tell. Candice wore such big gold lame pants that they completely drowned her figure and cut off her shoes. Haven’t celebrities learned by now that they should always make sure their shoes show beneath their pants?

We also don’t understand why the pants are so big around the ankles, but so small at the waist that they’re bunching and pulling across her midsection.

Candice, we’re sorry, but we just think you can do better than this.

We know that the cast of Jersey Shore gets it wrong a lot more than they get it right in the fashion and beauty department, and that it’s not always news. But in the case of Deena Nicole Cortese with her fluffy white boots and Oompa Loompa-like orange skin, we just have to ask, what was she thinking?

The rest of the outfit really doesn’t bother us so much—the orange crop top over white tank and black leggings are actually a bit boring and definitely nowhere near the slutty side the girls of the show tend to land on. And we actually like Deena’s straight, shiny hair here. But we just are left scratching our heads at the too-tanned skin and crazy boots. Definitely a case for the fashion and beauty police.

At the premiere of Wanderlust last week, Lake Bell showed up with some very … well … interesting red streaks in her hair.

To be honest, we’re not really on board with the color. It seems odd that the top half of her head is dark brunette and then all of a sudden there are some very deliberate Kool Aid-colored streaks. The two colors don’t sit together well and there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to the color whatsoever.

We think Lake Bell is beautiful, but her latest coloring choice just isn’t the best for her. Here’s hoping she tries something different sooner rather than later.

Oh, JoJo. Dark purple lipstick? Really? Especially teamed with way too much eye makeup, orangey skin, raven hair with a severe center part and a lavender dress? Why would you do that to yourself?

We just don’t understand why JoJo chose anything that’s happening here, but especially the shimmery dark purple lips. She’s such a gorgeous girl, but she just isn’t looking her best in this getup.
