We’re so used to Hayden Panettiere being sugar and spice and everything nice, that we didn’t even recognize her in this ruffled dress, leather moto jacket, and suede booties. We love the street but sweet look, and the way she accessorized with a python clutch.

Yes, you read the headline right. Taylor Momsen has some clothes on. However our excitement was short lived as we realized it was only for the taping of Gossip Girl. Taylor, usually scantily clad in racy thigh highs and garters, was seen above in NYC wearing a lovely chunky gray sweater, miniskirt, and open front cardigan for her role as Upper East Side princess (with a downtown vibe) Jenny Humphrey.
Regardless of why she is wearing it, we love her look from the top of her earrings, to the bottom of those luxe thigh high boots. We’d also like to note, for the record, that we don’t love the cigarette in her hand (I mean c’mon she’s 17)!
