Kerry-Washington-Michael-Kors-Dress.jpgWe’re really loving Kerry Washington’s choices on the red carpet as of late. We love that she’s not afraid to take chances or have fun with color and pattern! And this Michael Kors dress, which she wore to an event in Washington, D.C., is no exception. The bold red and black chevron design is eye-catching yet sophisticated, and it looks so chic with tall leather boots and a sharktooth pendant. Kudos to Kerry for this look!

The stars graced the red carpet once again for the annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. Neutrals were well-represented and many celebs made colorful impressions in shades of pink, red and blue. Popular forms of embellishment included floral appliqués and sequins, while cut-out details also made notable appearances. Here’s an overview of some of the night’s more memorable looks.

Nina-Dobrev-SAG-Awards-2013-2.jpgJulianne-Moore-SAG-Awards-2013-2.jpgJessica-Chastain-SAG-Awards-2013-2.jpg

Nina Dobrev certainly stood out in this perfectly pink Elie Saab gown with cut-out accents. The star polished off her look with Neil Lane gems, a Judith Leiber clutch and Jimmy Choo heels. Julianne Moore’s delicate white Chanel Fall 2011 Couture gown featured exquisite floral appliqués. Chanel was also behind her clutch, while those sparkling jewels are by Van Cleef & Arpels. It was a fiery strapless Alexander McQueen gown for Jessica Chastain at the awards. She accessorized with Harry Winston statement jewelry and Charlotte Olympia pumps.

Marion-Cotillard-SAG-Awards-2013-2.jpgJennifer-Lawrence-SAG-Awards-2013-2.jpgNaomi-Watts-SAG-Awards-2013-2.jpg

French actress Marion Cotillard made quite an entrance in a modified Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2013 white and dark blue ballgown. Chopard gems finished off the look. Jennifer Lawrence also opted for a gown from the iconic fashion house. The nominated star styled her midnight blue Spring 2013 Couture creation with Chopard jewelry and Jimmy Choo heels. Naomi Watts went for pure elegance in this embellished silver Marchesa. She completed her look with a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch and Christian Louboutin heels.

Nicole-Kidman-SAG-Awards-2013-2.jpgLea-Michele-SAG-Awards-2013-2.jpgClaire-Danes-SAG-Awards-2013-2.jpg

Vivienne Westwood was the source of Nicole Kidman’s navy and black Couture embroidered gown. Jewelry by Fred Leighton and Manolo Blahnik shoes wrapped up the look. Glee’s Lea Michele wore a pink strapless Valentino gown from the Resort 2013 offering. Jennifer Meyer gems and Jimmy Choo heels served as accessories. Claire Danes looked lovely in Givenchy. Her black gown included a subtle white geometric pattern framing that dramatic side slit and she rounded out the look with Neil Lane jewels.

We really love Nina’s pink Elie Saab, Naomi’s Marchesa and Nicole’s Vivienne Westwood. Who was your favorite?

Jaimie-Alexander-LA-Premiere-The-Last-Stand-Jan-2013.jpgJaimie-Alexander-UK-Premiere-The-Last-Stand-Jan-2013.jpg

Celebs often have certain go-to designers, but this action star seems extremely dedicated to Marc Bouwer. Jaimie has been favoring the designer during her recent promo tour for the film, The Last Stand. Back on January 14th in Los Angeles, the actress hit the red carpet in a heavenly white satin Marc Bouwer Pre-Fall 2012 gown with revealing neckline. Gold jewelry wrapped up the look. She also stunned a week later over in Germany in an emerald creation with cut-out details from the Fall 2008 offering accented by Melinda Maria jewels. The very next day, Jaimie impressed in London wearing another selection from Marc Bouwer’s Pre-Fall 2012 collection. Her embellished white mini featured structured shoulders and cut-out accents. A pair of platform Nicholas Kirkwood slingbacks capped off her look.

We actually love all three pretty evenly. So if you had to pick just one, which gown would earn your vote?

Kate-Bosworth-Camel-Coat.jpgTo brave the cold at Sundance this past week, Kate Bosworth stepped out in an oversized camel coat. We love the boxy silhouette, the shawl collar and the two big buttons at the front. Kate looked pulled together with an otherwise black ensemble, along with wavy locks and an orange lip we’re loving!

What do you think of Kate’s camel coat? Did she get Sundance chic right?

Cate-Blanchett-2012-Helpmann-Awards-Sydney-Sept-2012.jpgJennifer-Lopez-Madeo-Restaurant-Los-Angeles-Jan-2013.jpg

As part of Fendi’s Fall 2012 collection, the fashion house decided to reinvent the classic little black dress by adding puffy satin sleeves and a high neckline. While the creation received rather mixed reviews, several celebs have been spotted wearing the redefined dress. Cate Blanchett paired her Fendi with a black clutch and coordinating pumps at the 2012 Helpmann Awards in Sydney back in September. Jennifer Lopez was just spotted in the dress last week going to dinner at Madeo Restaurant in Los Angeles with boyfriend Casper Smart. The multifaceted star also wore black pumps, but spiced up the look by adding in some flashy silver jewelry and a fashionable topknot. Although we’re not exactly fans of Fendi’s voluminous dress, we give Jennifer the edge here, mainly thanks to her creative styling.

Now, it’s your turn to sound off. Who do you think wore it best?
