A simple salt spray is the key to that beach hair that is so popular right now. Instead of paying $20 for a few ounces, there is an easy DIY solution you can whip up at home for only a few pennies.
All you need is about four cups of water, two tablespoons of sea salt, and a squirt bottle. Combine the water and salt, shake well, and pour into squirt bottle.
To style, start with dry hair. Section hair into four or five large sections and spray each section with the salt solution until damp. Twist section and pin securely. Let dry.
When hair is dry, pull out pins and shake hair out. You can always touch up with a large barrel curling iron, but remember that the look is unkempt and wild.
