Go long: perfect tunic tops for casual winter days

By now most of us have an understanding of proportion when it comes to leggings, jeggings and skinnies. The tighter the leg, the looser and longer the top. It all sounds so easy…until you actually shop for the right top. Especially if you are tall, many of the tops styled with leggings in windows and on websites don’t even begin to cover your bum in real life. If you want to wear your leggings et al (and who doesn’t?), make friends with the tunic. Although tunics come in every length, the styles featured here are long enough to cover what needs to be covered without overwhelming your figure. Add slippers when lounging around the house, then change into a great pair of riding boots or ballet flats for running errands. You’ll be comfortable, covered and ready for anything.
