All I wanted for Christmas was a juicer. I’ve never said anything like that before but the results and glowing skin on friends and family that have added a juice or smoothie a day to their diet is amazing. This new year make your family’s health a priority and add in more fresh fruits and vegetables to their daily diet with yummy juices. The kids will love helping you to mix-and-match the ingredients and you’ll love that they’ll slurp up all those vitamins without complaining one bit (and maybe ask for seconds). Here’s a few great recipe books to get you started on your juice adventure.
