The words “green,” “recycle” and “eco-friendly” aren’t new to the current generation of kids. While they may be able to talk the talk, they may not completely understand where all the products in their home recycling bins go and what happens to them when they get there. To really understand this concept, there’s no better way to begin than with a hands-on activity. Both artistically fun and educational, the Discovery Paper Recycling Studio is a great way to teach kids about recycling. Using their own scrap paper, kids not only learn to create basic paper, they also learn how to embed small objects like flowers into the pulp to create unique, beautiful recycled sheets that they’ll love showing off.
