One of this summer's hottest shoe trends, the gladiator sandal is stepping out on fashionable feet everywhere. But is this trend here to stay? Wear them with: long floaty dresses, short shorts, skirts and more.
Figure flattery: careful if you've got thick ankles, large calves or short legs, the ankle strap will only emphasize them.
What to look for: we prefer flat styles over some of the chunky heeled gladiators out there, they're much more wearable and comfortable. You'll get the most use out of metallics, browns and neutrals.
