The first key to enhancing your outward beauty is getting the right amount of sleep — this will enhance your inward beauty, too. Getting the right amount of ZZZs can be difficult if you have problems falling asleep, and sometimes you need the help of a little somethin-somethin to push you along. These come in three different formulas, one for stress relief specifically (Eucalyptus Spearmint) and two for sleep (Lavender Vanilla and Lavender Chamomile). Spritz a couple of short mists on your pillow before you go to sleep and you’ll find counting sheep will be a thing of the past.

L’Occitane’s lavender pillow mist is made from a lavender essential oil from Haute-Provence. It smells divine and works wonders with just a couple sprays.
