Achieving a healthy glow is a lot harder than Rosario Dawson makes it look. Sure, you should drink lots of water, eat healthy, make sure you maintain a regular skin care routine, and get plenty of sleep. But let’s be real for a second here — as much as this is the golden standard we all strive for, who has time for all that?
