Red carpet: 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards

Some of country music’s biggest stars hit the red carpet in Las Vegas for the 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards. Metallics, lace and bright colors proved popular, while necklines ranged from halter to strapless. Here are a few of the more memorable looks from last night’s show.

Taylor Swift once again impressed at the annual awards decked out in this sparkling Dolce & Gabbana gown. She polished off her look with Norman Silverman earrings, a ring by Le Vian and Jimmy Choo sandals. Carrie Underwood stood out in this floral Naeem Khan. Her vivid strapless Resort 2013 gown was accented by a black waistband and colorful statement earrings. The Big Bang Theory‘s Kaley Cuoco went with a black BCBG Max Azria halter gown with strategic sheer panels. A pair of Cresta Bledsoe earrings and a black clutch finished off her look.

Faith Hill also opted for black in a lacy Chado Ralph Rucci dress. She accessorized with jewelry from Marina B and Irene Neuwirth along with Christian Dior pumps. It was an embellished peach-colored Georges Chakra Spring 2012 Couture strapless creation for Jewel at the ceremony. Kimberly McDonald jewels and Brian Atwood heels wrapped up her look. Jana Kramer made quite a statement in this golden Badgley Mischka Fall 2013 gown. The singer/actress completed her look with Norman Silverman earrings.
