The people’s choices were revealed last night in Los Angeles at the annual award show. Stars hit the red carpet decked out in everything from cut-out dresses to elaborately embroidered gowns. Color was well-represented and neutral shades also shared some of the spotlight. Here’s a breakdown of some of the more noteworthy fashions from the big event.
Jessica Alba attended the awards in a strapless Jason Wu Spring 2014 white dress. An array of jewelry from Jennifer Meyer, Eva Fehren and Dionea Orcini along with a metallic Rodo clutch as well as white Casadei Peplum pumps polished off the look. Allison Williams made her mark in a blue and white David Koma. Her Spring 2014 dress was styled with EF Collection jewels. Peter Pilotto’s Resort 2014 dress helped Sandra Bullock stand out at the ceremony. She wrapped up the look with a Jimmy Choo Tube clutch and yellow Kurt Geiger Bond pumps.
Jennifer Hudson picked up her humanitarian award outfitted in Kaufmanfranco’s white Spring 2014 wrap dress. The Oscar and Grammy winner rounded out the look with a pair of ankle strap sandals. It was a flashy black Jenny Packham Fall 2013 long sleeve dress for Nina Dobrev in Los Angeles. She accessorized with a metallic Rauwolf clutch and silver Charlotte Olympia sandals. Malin Akerman showed quite a bit of skin in this printed Cushnie et Ochs Spring 2014 cut-out dress. A black clutch and black Stephen Webster pumps completed the look.
Giorgio Armani was the source of Heidi Klum’s dazzling sculpted shoulder gown. Lorraine Schwartz earrings and embellished Christian Louboutin pumps finished off the look. Glee’s Naya Rivera opted for a multicolor Michael Kors Resort 2014 high-low dress at last night’s ceremony. Stuart Weitzman Nudist ankle strap sandals capped off the look. Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Sachin + Babi black and white Spring 2014 gown featured a striking gold halter neckline. Neil Lane gems and black Jimmy Choo pumps served as accessories.
Our favorites from this star-studded affair include Jessica’s sleek Jason Wu, Allison’s eye-catching David Koma dress and Sandra’s dynamic Peter Pilotto. Which celeb should be crowned best dressed at this year’s People’s Choice Awards?
